SHIPPING
We ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery). Candles are carefully packaged to arrive safely.
RETURNS
Due to the handmade, scented nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ORDERS
If your candle arrives damaged, broken, or defective:
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
2. Include a photo of the damage
3. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice
No need to ship the damaged item back.
WRONG ITEM
If we sent the wrong product, contact us and we'll make it right immediately.
